Research on the possibility of lead wash out of soil of some solutions
Chemical method was conducted to treat pollution of lead in soil, using 3 solutions (HCl (pH=1), HCl (pH=3) and EDTA 0,01M). soil samples polluted with lead 100ppm-1000ppm. Washing time 6, 12, 18, 24 hours. Content of lead, calcium and magnesium was analyses by AAS method and pH was determined by pH meter. Result: use of HCl (pH=1) solution had highest effect, follow by HCl (pH-3), the last one was 0.01M EDTA. HCl (pH=1) solution should be applied to severe polluted soil, HCl (pH=3) and 0.01M EDTA solutions should be applied to light or medium polluted soil.
