Investigation of soil resources in Tra Linh district, Cao Bang province following quantitative soil classification approaches
Soil resources consists of 7 major soil groupings, 12 soil units and 32 soil subunits. Suitable areas for annual crops and perennial crops occupy 10-53% and 13.6%, respectively. Main types of land degradation are drought, soil erosion, leaching, monoculture, shifting cultivation, low ratio of land use coefficient.
