Toward meeting the fertilizer demands in Vietnam
To meet fertilizer demand in coming years some new production enterprises will be built. Investment will concentrate on producing mixed NPK fertilizers and other kinds of fertilizer in appropriate scale. Investment in fertilizer producing factories must be considered investment in infrastructure be the government.
