Actual status of land transfer and effective land use od households in some villages in the Red river delta
The study showed how effect of the cultivation when transferring of land form from small plots to the bigger ones. Land transferring between land users to make it larger cultivated land at some villages is suited for encouragement of rural households. Large agricultural farms will be established in future to make land use more effective and contribute to modernization in agriculture.
