Some initial research results on the relation between yield of maize and soil suction
Regression between soil suction and the maize yield from field trials results in 2000 summer crop at Phan Rang. There were good relations between maize yield and the average soil suction at different developing stage of maize. The correlation coefficients between them were 0.756, 0.823, 0.833 and 0.702 at begin, middle, later and the whole developing stage of maize respectively.
