Summary

The initial research results on the environmental factors in land use and land use planning

Study group collected 5 ecology areas and some environment factors in land use. The authors just introduced “value interval of factors” need to be assured for land use planning for sustainable development. Each ecology will be selected 4-6 factors in 11 factors (forest cover, watershed, number km of roads/1km2 of area, % population approached to medicine, % solid wastes were treated, % waste water were treated, % mining land were treated, % rice land needed to be changed, % wetland was changed, chemical pollution index, mass of soil loss by erosion). The authors guided step by step for user who is member of land use management office and land use planning.
