SUMMARY
Study aims to evaluate the ability of growing, developing and improving heavy metal polluted soils of phramites australis under field conditions in the field. In both two research areas, it shows that the content of heavy mental in the root accounts for about 80% of the total metal content accumulated in the tree. The ability of soil improvement of phramites australis in field experiment shows that CT1 is more predominant comparing with the initial, the content of As in soil reduces 0,53 times; Pb decreases 0,29 times, Cd declines 0,56 times, Zn reduces 0,77 times and in waste dump of Trai Cau iron mine: CT3 is more predominant, to specify, the content of As in soil reduces 0,50 times; Pb reduces 0,11 times, Cd decreases 0,36 times; Zn declines 0,31 times in comparision with the initial.
