Summary
Some soil environment problems of the Red river delta
Result of pesticide analysis: out of 38 samples there are 22 samples with residue diazinon content, 14 samples with fenonbucarb. These contents are lower than permitted standards. There was not any pesticide in water samples after 14 days pesticide spraying. Waste water used in production of some crops, metal recycling craft contains a relatively high amount of heavy metals Zn, Hg, Pb, Cd, Cu… content of heavy metals in soils using this waste water source is higher than that of other soils. This problem must be taken into account.
