Effect pf phosphorus fertilizer and lime application to soybean on acrisols in northern mountainous areas
Soybean growth and yield in field experiment acrisols was strongly depressed by P deficiency and soil acidity. Phosphorus and lime application increased the amount of dry matter accumulation, the number and weight of nodules, and seed yield. But lime should be applied carefully to avoid over liming. There was strong interaction effect between P and lime on soybean growth and development.
