Effect of formulas of fertilizer application on earthworms in soil of Hiep Hoa Station for improving degraded soil, Bac Giang province
In result, 9 species of earthworm belonging to 8 genera, 7 families were found in 4 formulars of fertilizer application. The highest earthworm species were found in formular 4 and 6 (7 species) and lowest species were found in formular 7 (3 species). There were differences in earthworm species between soil with and without byproduct. Formular 5b was suggested as the most appropriate for exhausted soil. It has very high recorded earthworm species (6) as well as density (34.4 individual/m2) and biomass (22.27gr/m2). Pheretima acidophila is species with highest abundance of quantity and biomass, allolobophora parva is species with very abundance of quantity in soil with formular of fertilizer application. NPK has major effects on not only ameliorations quality of exhausted soil but also increase of earthworm in soil.
