Effect of manuring with peat in peanut yield and quality and soil properties
A 2 factors experiment was designed in Tay Ninh province on grey soil. Factor A with 7 level of fertilizing and factor B with 2 varieties (VD1 and local LY). Results: treatment with 100% base application NPK = 30-60-90 combined with 5 tons of peat/ha gave the highest yield of 3555.7kg/ha. Besides, the fermented peat positively effects in soil properties: improved soil pH, increased soil absorption capacity and soil organic matter content.
