Effect of Cropmaster fertilizer on rice yield in alluvial and acid sulfate soil in the Mekong delta
Effect of organic manure Cropmaster on rice yield was tested in alluvial low deposited soil and medium acid sulphate soil through dry season and wet season. 6 types of manure are Super Cal, Super Hume, Super Fish, Micro Boost, Super 10-8-8, Super 3-18-18. Application of 4l Super plus 30-15-5 and Super Hume plus 30-15-5 resulted in high yield compared to treatments including the control (100-40-20 inorganic fertilizer). These 2 combinations gave lowest investment. On medium acid sulphate soil, Super Cal plus 30-15-5 gave highest yield and low fertilizer cost in both dry and wet seasons. In addition, Micro Boost plus 50-22-10 was suitable combination in dry season in yield and economic efficiency.
