Effect of phosphorus, lime and potassium fertilization on aluminium uptake and pineapple yield in acid sulphate soils in the Mekong Delta
Phosphorus played an important role in increasing yield. The highest yield obtained at 5g P2O5/plant for Queen and 7g P2O5 for Smooth Cayenne. Lime application resulted in depressing Al uptake in D leaves. Smooth Cayenne increased fruit weight significantly at 1T lime per ha in combination with 7g P2O5/plant. For Queen, was no response to lime addition.
