Lime requirement determination methods and their potential application in Vietnam
Field experiment, laboratory lime incubation and titration methods are the precise but costly and time-consuming. Buffer methods for determining lime requirement for acid soils are fast, simple and precise at acceptable level. More study is needed to select and modify the buffer methods for lime requirement in order to get a fast, simple and suitable to the soil condition in Vietnam.
