The initial measures to increase the income for the farmers lacking of agricultural land at Binh Hem and Yen Phu communes, Lac Son district, Hoa Binh province 

Agricultural land is very limited and disperse, however the forest land is abundant. Living standard of the farmers is low. The income of the farmers from the land is very little. The main cause of their low income is the community production under undeveloped and human development index still low. The increase of land use is urgent needed.
