Land evaluation for serving of crop system changes in Vanchan district, Yenbai province

Compiling soil map, land evaluation to serve the change crop system in Vanchan district. 600 soil profiles have been studied and 5,334 soil samples have been analyzed, soil map at scale of 1/25.000 compiled. There are 7 soil groups, 14 soil units, 24 soil subunits and 30 lower soil subunits were found. 48 land units and 26 land suitability units were determined. The optimum crop system and land use as well as the respective area for each village have been found out based on research results.
