Investigation on methods for soil organic matter determination

Results: all three methods of soil organic matter determination Tiurin, Nikitin and Walkley-Black could be used. The last method can remedy some shortcomings of other methods. However, the amount of soil sample would be important depending on its organic content. The amount of soil sample should be about 0,2g soil when the soil organic content lower than 13.5%.
