Some issues on the agriculture development orientation for 1996-2000
Establish the Vietnamese agriculture which has high growth rate and sustainable towards and ecological, diversified one, to combine agriculture with forestry and rural industry and services, step by step to realize industrialization, modernization in agriculture, to increase rapidly agricultural commodities in order to meet increasingly high domestic consumption demand at the same time to contribute to exporting, to improve the living standard of the farmer, to build up the new rural area.
