Effect of sulphur containing fertilizers on yield and quality of groundnut grown on degraded soil and old alluvial soils
Application of S containing fertilizer forms and S element for peanut on some acid soils, poor in nutrients – degraded soils and ferralsols on old alluvium – has considerably increased peanut yield and quality. Applying of fertilizer forms containing sulphur for peanut has increased protein content and percentage of protein – N comparing with total N in peanut seeds.
