Research results on the theory and practice for establishing the urban land price grade classification by using GIS technology applied to compiling land evaluation map of  Quyet Thang commune, Thai Nguyen city could be clissiminated. It can be added to land evaluation system with additional information to support the real estate market and the public management on land financing Further and deeper research continuation has been recommended.
