Water use and water management in relation of recent changes in agricultural land use of irrigation systems in La Khe pump station

The irrigated areas decreased time by time by poor water management. Degradation of canal system, especially in the 5^th canal that was main case effective rate of the canal obtained around 50-60% compared design. Water fee significantly increasing (37.5%) compared with good water management.
